Linda Hamilton is an American actress who is best known for her performance as 'Sarah Connor in 'The Terminator and the sequel "Terminator 2: Judgment Day. The other character she has played is in the role of Catherine Chandler, in the television series Beauty and the Beast. With her distinctive voice, she is often seen as a strong character who are subjected to a variety of challenges and mishaps in the end, but emerge triumphant. Her sculpted body makes she one of the very first Hollywood female action heros. Her parents were typical Anglo-Saxons living in Salisbury Maryland. Her next roles include Random, The Equalizer and The White City. She is also scheduled to appear in movies by Terrence Malick or Warren Beatty.
