Dwayne serves as the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. He is a board member of Acts 29 Network he is the Director for Pastoral Care. Dwayne has also a passion for training future generations of Biblical counselors. He serves on the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous articles on the internet and is a contributing author in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne has three children with his wife Leslie.
